Thank you for choosing The Cat-Tail. We are committed to providing instant, seamless access to our collection of digital planners, journals, and aesthetic stationery.
No Physical Shipping All products sold at The Cat-Tail are 100% digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items, planners, or paper stationery will be shipped to a physical postal address. You will never be charged shipping fees or delivery costs at checkout.
How Digital Delivery Works

Instant Download Page: Immediately after completing your purchase, an instant download link and file access page will display on your order confirmation screen.

Confirmation Email: An automated order receipt containing direct links to download your purchased digital files will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within minutes.
File Processing and File Formats Because our products are digital assets (such as hyperlinked PDF planners, PNG digital stickers, and ZIP folders), processing is completed instantly upon payment confirmation. Please ensure your device supports opening PDF and ZIP files, and that you have a compatible note-taking application (such as GoodNotes, Notability, or similar apps) ready to use.
Missing, Delayed, or Broken Downloads If you do not receive your download email within 5 to 10 minutes of completing your order, please check your email spam, junk, or promotional folders.
If you still cannot locate your download link, or if you experience technical difficulties importing or unzipping your files, please reach out to our support team at inquiry@cat-tail.design with your order number. We will gladly re-verify your purchase and re-send your file access directly to your inbox.
