Thank you for choosing The Cat-Tail. We are committed to delivering our curated collection of journals and stationery to your doorstep with care.

Processing Times As each order is carefully processed through our boutique system, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Estimates To provide you with the best value and a curated selection from global artisans, our products are dispatched directly from our fulfillment studios.

  • Singapore Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days.
  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 10–21 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that these are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays due to customs processing or seasonal peaks may occur.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We occasionally offer promotional free shipping on orders over a certain value; please check our homepage for current offers.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you can track its journey using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes The Cat-Tail is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For our Singapore-based customers, please note that GST may apply to imported goods above the prevailing threshold.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at inquiry@cat-tail.design. Please include your order number and, in the case of damage, a clear photo of the item and packaging so we can evaluate a resolution for you.
